This is my second time ordering from this place, and I’m not going to order again because they keep sending the wrong order. I ordered chicken stake, but I got steak and cheese instead. I also requested extra green spice, but I kept getting yellow sauce. I’m not happy with this experience.
Juicy chicken, rice was cooked perfectly, and the coleslaw looks gross but was actually really good.
Disappointing and Unpleasant – Won’t Be Returning My visit to Super Pollo was nothing short of a disappointment. The employees were rude and made me feel rushed while I was just trying to place my order. The food line was filthy — old, burnt food scattered around, and no one seemed in a hurry to clean it up. When I finally sat down, the tables felt sticky and unclean, adding to the overall gross atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the behavior of what appeared to be the owner. He came off as snobbish and dismissive, especially toward his staff — which might explain why the employees seemed so miserable and rude. The whole experience just left a bitter taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Definitely won’t be going back.
